So I have been going here for the last couple months at least twice a week and let me tell you, there is one cook that goes out of his was to make sure I don't get sick and whatever I order he will tell me I'm not gonna put the sauce on it because it has gluten. I feel awful for not remembering his name. I have yet to have a bad experience. They don't have gluten free Soy Sauce but I go there so much the guy lets me leave mine there.
