They have a “compose your own salad” lunch offer including a drink and a dessert. The desserts are fromage blanc with fruits and this gluten free. For the salad you can choose quinoa or rice as your base on top of the green salad. All the salad components are in the same cooling counter however and there are lots of baked goods in the room so there is a clear risk of cross contamination.
