Review of Tomatillo Taco Joint

The staff was unsure if this soup was gluten free and after a phone call presumably to the offsite manager I was told it was gluten free. While I can never be sure where I got contaminated all indicators point to the lack of knowledge and confidence. I also witnessed little attention to insuring clean from contamination prep gloves. They were also unresponsive to my follow call to ask about the ingredients and preparation. I’m sorry to leave this review cause the soup was delicious
