This is a salad bar buffet type restaurant. The salad bar portion is gluten free with some good choices for gluten free dressings. They will make to order gluten free pizza for 1.99 on top of normal buffet price. Many options for the pizza. It is prepared in a dedicated space so no cross contamination.
