New ownership in Summer 2023 - not nearly as much GF as previous years, but something is better than nothing! They have some snacks and Canyon Bakehouse products.
I had a great chat with one of the owners and was very impressed with the selection of pre-packaged gluten free items - especially baked goods! I left with a variety of different brands of cookies to try and my favorites were the “alternative baking company” lemon dream cookies.
I asked where all of the gluten free items were that I saw listed on their website. They are under new ownership and do not carry much (of anything) for gluten free

Not sure what was happening here but it was a miss for me. There were no specialty gf baked goods or desserts at all in there. Maybe it was an “off day” but I left without anything. It’s a cute market but I didn’t see anything GF.
Make sure to try the gluten free ice cream sandwiches!! My favorite part about visiting Duck. I think a lot of their gluten free items are WAY overpriced but at least there is a place that carries them on the island.
Wow! Great selection of frozen, refrigerated and shelf stable goodies. Lots of desserts including df/gf, many breads and crackers. They're priced fairly with high customer service. Clean store.
Awesome place to find gluten free delights! Very nice employees. I got a gluten free sandwich from the deli. They have a "build your own" type sheet you can fill out to select the gluten free bread. They're also eager to assist therefore are kind in listening if you say you have Celiacs. We ended up asking if they make sandwiches at the deli counter because we weren't sure if they did sandwiches upon entering. We also picked up some gluten free carrot cake in one of the freezers which was a great find. They sell gluten free items that are very easy to find as well.
You can find a myriad of gluten free and organic groceries here. They are friendly, helpful and they have lots of options. I highly recommend this establishment for gluten free options.
Many gluten free items are available! They are a little bit pricey though.
Wow! So glad to have been staying right across the street. All the Canyon Bakehouse breads, pancake mix, cookies, Boar’s Head only on the slicers...even chocolate cake slices in the freezer! Run, don’t walk, to Tommy’s and support small businesses that support us!
I tried a sandwich based on reviews and staff accommodated by changing gloves and using clean cutting board to make my sandwich. Bonus was free wine tasting on Tuesdays
I liked this place! It's small but it has great options for celiacs! (Not just tiny Udi's bread! Thank you Tommys!) Friendly staff. Nice selection of beer, wine, food, essentials, meat... everything!!! I will be returning!!! Thank you!
Grocery store with lots of gluten free options both fresh and frozen. Amazing deli counter with boars head lunch meats and a gluten free roll! Awesome option
Tommy's was a great deli and small market in Duck. It was great for sandwiches with gf bread and lots of gluten free foods. Was a lifesaver on vacation.
Great market. The GFree rolls at the deli counter are soooo good. Best sandwich I have had in years! Many GFree options in the back freezer case, including several dessert options. The coconut and pistachio ice cream sandwich is my favorite! It is not labeled GFree but has never caused me trouble.
I visit every time I am in Corolla, sometimes more than once a week. Fresh and frozen gluten free products. Everything from breads to snacks. Gluten free bread is available for sandwiches to go from the deli counter. The lemon muffins are my favorite.
They have gluten free cakes and brownies, gf bread and a lot of great options. Super friendly staff, I'm so glad I found this place.
Picked up a few gluten free items that I could not find at other stores here. Good selection of gluten free beer also but still need to add Estrella to the list
