I had a good experience at Tommy’s. I asked for an allergy menu and they had a very robust allergy menu across all dishes and various allergies. I asked why Gluten Sensitive on the Brussel Sprouts, they explained that there could be a possibility of cross contamination because of pan it is cooked in. I chanced it bc they are that good. And had no issues. I also ordered the salmon salad and it was very good. The manager actually came over to confirm on the Brussels if I was OK on the slight risk for cross contamination. They were very thorough and caring! Food and service were both great! No issues at all!

This all happened, AND the manager was AMAZING in dealing with it when I contacted him the next day. So while its completely unacceptable that this occurred, the management is 100% gluten free knowledgeable and took serious steps to address the problem.

Do not eat here if you have celiac. I called ahead and spoke to the manager. Then when ordering we specified with the waiter that this was a severe allergy (we say allergy because some people don't understand celiac disease) and clarified that there was gluten free pasta and the dish was gluten free. When the food arrived we clarified again that this dish was gluten free. The waiter said yes yes yes all along. Three hours later, my child was throwing up for three hours. I am so angry and disappointed. When I spoke with the manager the next day he told me that the restaurant doesn't have any gluten free pasta so the waiter just served my child poison and nodded along with him when we ordered. We were here with a large party and we wanted to love it.

Visited for lunch on a Saturday. Checked in at the hostess stand and they explained which items are gluten-free from a laminated allergy list, plus they have gluten-free rolls for sandwiches and gf pizza. I had the mahi sandwich and substituted coke slaw for fries since they don’t have a dedicated fryer. Great experience overall. It’s a great spot to hang out.

Asked for a burger with gluten free bun and told them I had a gluten allergy, I got sick shortly afterwards so something definitely had gluten on it.
