Review of Tompkins Square Bagels

I asked for my gluten-free bagel toasted (as recommended by the person taking my order) and it wasn't. It may have been better toasted but mine was dry and with a bad consistency - even with lots of cream cheese and veggies. I asked them to use a clean knife but I found stray poppyseeds and other bits from other bagels on mine so cross-contamination may be an issue. I will stick to my frozen gluten free bagels at home - tastier and MUCH cheaper. Such a disappointment.
