Celiac friendly

One of the best NY style bagels (from Brooklyn; not Udis) I have had in a while. Especially since I had it with a fried egg and bacon! Server asked if we were celiac, she was knowledgeable and courteous, too. She even carefully wiped the gluten crumbs from our table. I wasn't sure if the cream cheese would be ok. The bagel was prepared separately.
