Tomukun Noodle Bar

Went here because a friend really wanted to go. I took the time to explain my celiac to the waiter, he assured me that a ton of their stuff was GF. I played it safe and just ordered plain edamame (and sake). I started eating it, and halfway through the bowl, I find a loose ramen noodle in the middle of the bowl. Stopped eating, needless to say. Didn't get sick, but I'm not convinced that CC isn't an issue.
