When I asked about GF options, the server threw his head back, and laughed out loud. Once he stopped laughing, there was a five second pause, and he said that there was only one option, because everything else has soy sauce added into it. He said the only thing to get was the Tonkotsu ramen bowl, remove the dumplings, and add the rice noodle ($2 upcharge). He also said the poke was safe, but my husband and I immediately asked if the fish was marinated in soy, and he looked upset and confused, and said, "oh yeah, I guess it is."
For $18.50 plus tax and tip, I can absolutely make better noodle soup at home, in a shorter amount of time. I didn't get sick, but I doubt I will ever be back.

No GF items listed on the menu, but the wait staff knows which items are GF. I had the GF Tonkatsu Ramen with rice noodles instead of ramen noodles.
