I stumbled across this place two days after it opened. The owners have gone to a real effort to ensure that they can cater to food allergies and intolerances. Everything on the menu is gluten free or could be made gluten free. I think the only gluten thing on the menu I saw was sourdough bread. I had buckwheat waffles which were delicious. I also saw their pancakes which looked great. Really good coffee too - and they have Lactose Free milk
