I had a very uncomfortable experience here, the waitress told us everything had gluten including the rice and seaweed that the sushi is wrapped in.
Very odd considering I’ve eaten at dozens of sushi restos and never heard that from anyone. Staff said the only thing that is gluten free is sashimi. I personally think the staff doesn’t know what gluten is.

No gf menu but able to offer safe options. Ordered sushi rolls and they were exactly what we were looking for - great service and lovely atmosphere

Toni’s doesn’t have a gluten free menu. However the server was able to give me a lot of guidance on what they could and couldn’t do. Their sushi rice has gluten however, they were able to sub it out for white rice. And of course, tamari in place of soy sauce Husband and I had moriawase for two and tuna and salmon sashimi. Husband is not gluten-free and was able to try friends’ crunchy sushi, caliente, and New York spicy tuna. He isn’t the biggest sushi fan but raves about how good these were and the sushi we had. The sushi was beautiful, fresh, and so delicious! We were not disappointed.

I had salmon sashimi and it was SOO GOOD. They have lots of dishes with a lot of sauce - I just stayed clear of those. I had no reaction and I’m very sensitive.
