Had house salad and two corn sides….bbq beans had bbq pork per waitress who checked recipe. Meats “probably” have wheat per pit master. Thankful to staff for taking the time to check and enjoyed the atmosphere and ambiance (and wine — cider is also an option). Great staff not deterred by questions, although limited options available. 5 star review for honesty and effort made in determining options. Staff made every effort to accommodate me with what their menu offered which was appreciated.

Asked the waitress, no dedicated fryer and gluten in the BBQ sauce. brought my order with sauce and crispy onions. Brisket burger was just ok, hand made rootbeer was not very good. Be very careful.
Very hesitant about going to a BBQ place as someone with Celiac, but this was the only restaurant until Las Vegas. Parking was a little hard to navigate at first. Went inside and asked if they could accommodate a gluten intolerance (celiac) person, and they said the only things with gluten were the corn muffin and one other item (did not mention anything about the sandwiches, which was odd but also a given?). Very unfriendly workers as well. When ordering we made sure to tell them I didn't want the corn muffin, because again, gluten intolerant. They came out with our meal and had the corn muffin on my tray. It wasn't touching any of my food luckily, but was a mistake that shouldn't have happened. After that I felt very uneasy eating there. Waiting to see how I feel now. Food wasn't that great either.
Good BBQ and wine. With some extended conversation with the waitstaff, we were able to conclude that several of the menu items were Celiac friendly. Despite their not being well-versed on Celiac, I did not get sick and I am very sensitive. So, a bit of a gamble at first, but good gluten free food and tasty wine.
