Tony & Alba's Pizza & Pasta

We ordered Gluten free pasta and pizza from San Jose location. The owner tried. But when brought home and tested with Nima, we found strong gluten contamination. Plus food was very expensive. Definitely not safe for celiacs.

Staff were friendly and made me feel safe about eating there. They explained everything and reassured me that they would cook the food in a separate area so it’s not cross contaminated. I ordered pasta and cheesy bread. Both were sooooo good. I would definitely recommend. A bit pricey but worth it. Everything hand made.

Menu made GF feel included as part of what they regularly do, not an annoying accommodation. Staff was very knowledgeable about cross contamination, separate kitchen space etc. Everything was delicious and Best of all, I didn’t feel even the slightest bit off afterward!

My daughter said this was the best GF pizza she has ever had. Kind of run down but we had a good meal with no reaction.

Gluten free, home style and family recipes are outstanding; current and trendy Italian music and crazy friendly staff. We’re coming back!

Found this restaurant from this app. We highly recommend it for a casual and safe meal. GF pizza is cauliflower crust. We called to ask about celiac safety and they said they have a separate prep area, use separate utensils, and know safe handling procedures to avoid cross contamination. They also had very friendly and attentive customer service. We felt very well taken care of at this family business.

Went on Valentine's Day - everything was wonderful! Nicest family owned place we've ever been to! Gluten free garlic bread and pasta. The regular pizza is wonderful, too, for significant others who can have it. We didn't save room for dessert, but definitely plan on going back.

I was very impressed with Tony & Alba's. Very friendly staff, wonderful service. They get their GF breads and desserts from a local bakery. We ordered GF garlic Bread, GF Tony's Gourmet pizza (w/o the cheese), Redbridge Beer, and a GF Chocolate molten lava cake. They had all the bases covered, and everything was fantastic!
