Definitely NOT celiac friendly! I (asymptomatic celiac)ate here twice this week and sadly it wasn't until the 2nd time I watched them prepare my meal. I ordered a great pizza, which comes individually wrapped in a foil pan & its own cutter. This would have worked great if they prepared it with any level of caution. I watched as the cook took the pizza OFF the foil plate and put it straight into the oven where other pizzas had been sitting. He removed it with the same wooden paddle. I ended up walking over to the Bashful Banana Cafe for a safe meal on the boardwalk.

Had the GF pepperoni pie. Rice based crust that comes to them in a kit with an individually wrapped pizza cutter. Very tasty and reheats well too. My son is never a fan of GF pizza and he really liked it too. Also, they use a separate shelf in the oven for the GF pizza. Great find on the boardwalk.

This is my official boardwalk pizza place. The staff was very knowledgeable about celiac. And there were multiple gf flavors. I definitely recommend this place to all people with celiac! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

My wife ordered a salad with grilled chicken, menu has no mention of croutons. Salad comes out with more croutons than anyone normal would put on a salad. We are told we have to pay for a second salad if we want a new one made.

The pizza was expensive and not worth it. The crust was like a soggy cracker. Don’t waste your money

I am giving this a 4 Star because of 2 things- 1- the pizza crust while GF was not great....it was very dry and brittle- crumbly. Which is too bad because the sauce and cheese are great. And 2- because- my son ordered a GF pizza as he is celiac. I just ordered a slice of regular pizza. They brought mine out and said the GF would be right out. After waiting a few minutes my pizza slice was cold.... still waiting but I ate it. 20 minutes later his pizza came out. Disappointing that they didn’t bring them out together!!! Good news at least- my celiac did not get so there’s that. He didn’t like the pizza though.

The staff takes forever to even get you water although I do think the girl was the only waitress actually doing something. The pizza was salty and dry. It was also expensive for a personal pizza and it was terrible. I do not recommend this pizza. Also the only gluten free thing they really offer that is bread is the pizza.

They were knowledgeable the first time we went but this time we watched them take the same cheese they use for gluten pizza & put it on our pizza. The risk for cross contamination is very high.

Phenomenal!! I felt super safe eating here. And the pizza was very good! You can customize your pizza with anything you want! Which is nice from the typical GF cheese pizza. Washed hands, new gloves, own shelf in the oven. The owner is a complete sweetheart and really cares about his customers! The best service I've ever had at a pizza place GF or not! And my boyfriend enjoyed their normal pizza as well. A little pricey ($16 for a personal GF pizza) but well worth it for a treat on the boardwalk I could feel safe eating!!

Marcus the pizza man for the night had taken every measure to make sure there was no cross contamination. He washed his hands then put on gloves and had gotten fresh untouched cheese and sauce allowing me to enjoy my GF pizza. Well Done

Don't trust this place. They didn't wash their hands or wear gloves after telling me they would (I stayed to watch). They placed the pizza right on the same counter as the regular pizza and used their hands to put on the cheese after flipping regular dough. If you have celiac then please don't get sick and try this place. Thank god I stayed to watch.

Waitress was knowledgable and assured me every precaution would be taken with my gf pizza. She changed her gloves before getting the crust and gave it directly to the chef who immediately changed his gloves. The crust was a typical frozen gf crust but their combo sauce and cheese made up for it. Pleasantly surprised, even my 2 non gf boys liked it. Nice to have a gf pizza option on the boardwalk!

I'm not sure what the previous reviews are based on. This place uses the same frozen, awful, plaster-like crust most other places use. $16 for a personal crappy pizza, but I understand why they must charge that much. The service and the owner were great, but the gf pizza was pretty bad. My advice is to stay away from any place that uses the crust that comes with a red and white pizza cutter.

This pizza was the best gluten free pizza I've ever had. That's saying a lot since I've been diagnosed for over 9 years now!! When I was younger I loved Mack and Manco's, and I was so sad when I couldn't eat it anymore. This pizza is the closest I have ever had to my favorite childhood food. Super nice staff, clean place, and quick service. Highly reccomend!!

They have a 12" gf pizza that the dough comes in it's own kit, cooks in its own pan and comes with its own plastic pizza cutter. They will put whatever toppings you want on it. I had sauce, cheese and black olives. They didn't charge me extra for the topping. I am new to GF (6 weeks) so this was my first GF pizza ever. I was surprised at how good it was. I mean it's not the same as regular pizza, but it was pretty close, close enough to feel like I was eating "real" pizza. Plenty of sauce and cheese and it was cooked through.

They offer a personal gf pizza. Cooks in separate pan, same oven. Pizza was under done and didn't have much sauce on it.
