Es gibt glutenfreie Pizza nach Vorbestellung. Zur Mittagszeit bekommt man den Teig Classica und Abends den Teig Contemporanea. Ich war Abends da und fand die Pizza fluffig aber trocken.

Ottima pizza senza glutine, molto attenti e scrupolosi, non c’erano dolci senza glutine ma mi hanno comunque fatto della ricotta dolce con gocce di cioccolato..
