The facility was clean and staff was friendly. The food was phenomenal! I had the Poke Bowl with cucumber wasabi and spicy ginger sauce. Very tasty. The soda fountain had a variety of specialized sodas and they even had GF beer available for purchase (ales, blondes, etc). Very impressed. We will definitely be back and wished they were located in other cities around the US.

Thoroughly impressed with Too Much Sauce! My mother has Celiac disease and whenever we get together for lunch I do research to see what she can order, so knowing she can choose ANYTHING here is a huge relief! And the food was fabulous—so fresh and flavorful!! Nothing negative to say about this establishment— recommend, recommend, recommend!

Extremely sensitive wheat & dairy allergies. Delicious food! I was ridiculously impressed with how well the flavors melded & complimented each other with each part of the simple yet comforting food! Thoroughly enjoyed it in a nearby park. Warning- the spicy chicken is flavorful but Spicy! I can take heat, but whew. I ordered Jorge’s Mojo sub spicy chicken & pineapple bbq sauce. Delicious! Only disappointment was got takeout & only had 1 tiny cup of sauce. So I had too little sauce, oh the irony.

I eat here once a week, the food is delicious. It is such a wonderful feeling to be able to order anything and not worry. I usually eat the jambalaya, it's very tasty. They also have a bunch of different hot sauce you can try with your meal. One of my favorite places in Winter Park.

I have a severe wheat allergy and rarely eat out but was in Orlando for the day so decided to give TMS a try. So glad I did! And very happy to report NO ALLERGIC REACTION!! The food is INCREDIBLE; fresh and healthy while being full of flavor! The staff is super nice and knowledgeable. I had a custom bowl and I highly recommend the Lime Slaw; it’s entirely different (in a good way) than any other slaw I’ve had. If I was local I’d eat here everyday.

This place is PHENOMENAL! I haven’t had a poke bowl since my Celiac diagnosis, and I was in pure heaven! They listed my dairy allergy on the menu which I always appreciate. Husband got the beef stroganoff. There are many different bowl options, and you can make your own! Will be back next time in Orlando!

So happy to find a place where all the main dishes are gluten free (the ice cream toppings aren’t gluten free but they do have gluten free cookies). I got the bbq bowl and my husband got the jambalaya, both were wonderful. So flavorful. The owner took our order and was very knowledgeable of celiac and CC. He did advise to ask for a glove change in future to ensure no CC between ice cream toppings and any food I order. Very impressed with owner and quality of food.

Have been here twice and love the bowls. Tried cookies for the first time tonight which were also great. Did advise that I’m Celiac when ordering just in case there could have been anything cross contaminating. So nice to have a neighborhood place where all the entrees are gluten free!
