Pretty average experience - the staff was nice and had heard of gluten, but at this visit I didn’t get the vibe that this place has any cross contamination protocols in place. I had a hamburger in a lettuce wrap with all the fixings, which was very messy as lettuce wraps usually are. They do toast buns on the same grill that they cook burgers, so I asked the cashier if she could ask them to clean the grill before they made mine. Shared fryer, but some other sides are gluten free. I had mashed potatoes no gravy.
