This new Vietnamese restaurant is owned by the same people as Pandan Room. I am not a fan of Pandan Room and did not have high expectations for Topo. As with Pandan Room, the menu is too large and can be confusing. However, the servers are very helpful and are well aware of food allergens. I have been here several times and have been impressed. Only issue I had was the chef telling me the crepes for sunday brunch were gluten free and that he used a very little bit of beer in the batter. I obviously didn't order those.
