The restaurant was wasn't very busy at the time which helped them to ensure that my food would be carefully prepared to avoid cross contamination. The waiter was young and not very experienced but once she went to ask the kitchen about things I felt very comfortable. They have a gluten free menu and I had a variety of sushi on it that was very good and some of the best butter chicken I have ever had.
