Tori 44 - Ramen

Almost everything is or can be GF. Staff (both of them) knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Shared a GF ramen bowl with my daughter and it was absolutely amazing. The broth was extremely flavorful. Best thing I ate in the twin cities. Highly recommend. It is easy to miss due to its size and location, but it was definitely worth the trip around the block after missing it the first time.

Very tasty! Being sort of new to ramen, I wasn't sure what to order with photos- the menu is all app-based ordering, but there is a spot to indicate gluten free/allergy. All of the other positive reviews made me feel comfortable, too. I got salted duck on a recommendation from one of the staff members. I liked it! I'll try the DraMN next time.

Many items especially the ramen can be made gluten free. The staff was knowledgeable and mentioned that they’d cook the GF noodles (rice noodles) in a separate pot and I think many of their soups are tamari based. Appreciate a ramen shop that provides GF options in a thoughtful way!

So delicious and easy to order. Menu is marked and the ordering system allows you to mark your meal as gluten free. My food was brought out separated from the other bowls to avoid accidental CC.

I have ordered online for takeout a bunch here. Gluten free ramen that's amazing and delicious. Never once gotten sick. I have occasionally had to wait when they were very busy to boil a clean pot of water to cook my noodles seperate from the regular gluten noodles. Highly recommend.

Eat here all the time because the food is delicious and I never have a reaction.

I ate here twice and had a gluten response both times. I really want them to succeed because they would be great on the North Side. The staff was aware of gluten and seemed accommodating, which made me feel safe, but I wasn’t. I even gave it a second try because I want GF ramen.

The staff was really knowledgeable about GF. A large majority of the menu is marked as GF or Can Be Made GF. The server was very respectful about my concerns about being celiac, and I could tell that they were careful when preparing my ramen. It was delicious too! Will definitely be coming back.
