Had to bail because the server determined that the noodle prep was cross contaminated but he prevented me from getting sick, so win there! Echo what other comments have said -- you're rolling the dice here. But it's really really good broth and the server said they're using tamari so the broth is GF.
Edit ; cross contamination depends on the chef. Eaten here many times and also got gluten’d a few times. Tell the server, host and chef to be extra careful- they tend to slip up. — Delicious noodles & hours long simmered broth. Gluten free noodle modifications can be made. The Korean bowl is by far their best - the kimchi is absolutely the best. I always get their chicken too.
Gluten free noodle sub is rice noodle. It’s okay! Sometimes I have reactions, sometimes I am fine. Kinda all depends on who is the cook and taking safety seriously.
Really excited to come here after reading the reviews. Unfortunately, I got gluten-ed. I told the server I had celiac and they said they could easily do everything gluten free. It was delicious, but my stomach is still hurting two days later. My best guess is the rice noodles were cooked in gluteny water because my symptoms are pretty intense (more than a soy sauce slip up.). I might try going back at a slower time of day and ask for extra measures if I'm feeling brave.
