They are so great! Separate menu and everything. Fried food is not celiac safe but at least they are aware of the cross contamination aspect so they are very knowledgeable. My waiter knew what celiac was and the person who brought us the food changed their gloves before even touching my plate. I got the monterey tacos so good!

*knock on wood* I've eaten here several times and have never had an issue. They do have a gluten free menu, and I always make sure to tell the server I have celiac.

Just ask for the gluten free menu on the way in. So many options and they were very knowledgeable about celiac. I loved my shrimp tacos!

The food was good, clearly marked. Most of their menu is gf already. You can ask them to bake the chips because the fryer is not safe, our chips came out with some not crunchy but most were ok. They pre make all the enchiladas so substitutions aren’t really possible but they are made with corn tortillas.

While I did not get sick eating here it would’ve really been hard because the food was so terrible I barely ate it. Do not get the gluten-free version of their chips and salsa it is inedible, but the waitress was really sweet however we would not return bc the food was not good.

Server was very knowledgeable and took all precautions with me. Recommended Celiac-safe items opposed to just general GF items.
Was fantastic experience with a large gluten free menu. Food was excellent and I would come back here in a heartbeat. Anyone considering a Mexican night out please come to Torre and avoid at all costs the dumpster fire at Urbano Bethlehem (worst GF experience ever) vs. one of the best here at Torre.

I hate to be that person, but unfortunately my waitress did not take my request serious enough to be sure my food was safe. I ordered French fries for my son and knew they wouldn’t be gf and she asked me if it was okay and I said that it fine. She then said she could bake them instead and they would be gf and at first I said no that’s okay but then quickly said, okay that would be great so if I wanted one, I could try it. Well, I should have went with my gut when I felt the grease on my fingers but no, I tasted them and within minutes, I got extremely nauseous and for the entire week I was severely sick. The place is great. Food was amazing but if you go here, you must be VERY careful and diligent. This is partially my fault so I gave 3 stars. You just need to really stress the importance of being gf and double and triple check on things. I let my guard down.
The GF menu was awesome! The waitress was knowledgeable about gluten and what we could and couldn’t have. They have a shared fryer so they even bake the chips so GF people are good to eat. Loved the chicken enchiladas!!!
Yes
Tortilla chips can be baked so they don’t go in the fryer with other gluten items. They have plenty of GF items to choose from.

We love this place! My husband and I just moved to the area and this is the first restaurant we tried/felt safe enough eating at. I called the restaurant and talked to the chef before visiting. He assured me that gluten allergies are taken very seriously and that the kitchen follows a full allergy protocol when dealing with celiac disease. We have eaten at Torre 5 times now and every time we like it more and more. Sure it's a bummer that the chips aren't fried, but the food is so delicious that I don't really care. Highly recommend.
Yes
Tortilla chips and all fried items are cooked in shared fryers with gluten.
Food was good but selection was limited if you can't have cross-contamination.
The staff was amazing and so was the food! They have their own GF menu and the food is delicious! I would recommend the enchiladas. I will definitely be back in the future!

The staff was amazing. When I said I needed a gluten free menu they immediately asked if I was celiac. Told the kitchen and were very accommodating. Very knowledgeable!!

Food was FANTASTIC! Gluten free menu, no reaction and for all my fellow celiac’s: they have baked chips! Definitely a nice meet up spot between my parents and I - we’ll be going again! Seriously was expecting not to have chips - was pleasantly surprised.

Many choices on GF menu. It's Good food. However big warning: They really need to take chips/nachos off he gluten free menu. Most concerning was the server down played that they list them as GF and went on to say, "no one" has had a problem with them. They did not take it kindly when I suggested something cannot be considered GF if it comes in contact with gluten/flour.
Chips are fried in a fryer with gluten ingredients and I got very sick from them. But they have a lot of GF options and my tacos were very good!

well versed staff. only thing they could have done better would have been a dedicated fryer. will be back to try more.

Gluten free menu and server was very knowledgeable and helpful. My husband has a dairy allergy as well and she automatically checked on everything to make sure it didn't have dairy. The chips are fried in a fryer with other items that aren't gluten free. Overall excellent experience.
Gluten Free Nachos with Pork are excellent.
