They have a GF crust but use the same paddles to put all pizzas in and out of the oven. They said they “wipe them off” before putting a GF pizza in the oven. Owners were really gruff about not being completely GF. Waitress was amazing and super allergen friendly! If you’re limiting gluten intake their pizza is delicious! If you’re celiac then you’ll get contaminated here.
Not sure if any pizza places use separate ovens. That’s a but much to ask for. But, they hand make this crust and it’s excellent. I’ve never had any reactions after eating it but agree that there’s a chance of cross contamination.
