Go to Paleo (dedicated GF) or the Mexican next door - Hija de Sanchez. Server at Hija de Sanchez was coeliac himself. Had corn wraps - pork and veggie fillings available, rice and beans and guacamole. Prepped using CC controls but not a separate kitchen. No reaction, felt safe and I’m very cautious. Only giving four hearts because I felt safe because of the particular server I had, would need to be very clear about CC otherwise.
