Toscanini's Ice Cream

I’ve been here twice in the last month and been unable to get ice cream either time. The first time, I was told that they only had one flavor available from an allergen tub in the back and that any other flavors were too hard to scoop. The second time, I asked what flavors they had available from allergen tubs and was told they don’t scoop from the back. I was told they would wash the scoop. Also, they have a malt ice cream flavor that doesn’t state it contains gluten, which seems like an oversight.
