Toshi Sushi

The host was very knowledgeable about gluten free and was able to detail the different ingredients they would use (i.e. no vinegar in the rice as the vinegar they use contains gluten) as well as provide a list of gluten free options. Also voluntarily described how the chefs prevent cross contamination. I had edamame, house roll, and bbq salmon belly (amazing). They provided gf soya sauce. Service was wonderful and quick (although it is busy, so you may need to wait to be seated). Server also took my order separately from my family so she could lable it gluten free for chefs.
