After confirming the entire menu was gluten free over the phone several times I was finally told only the arepas are celiac safe.

AMAZING food. Mostly everything here (I believe besides the burritos) is gluten free. The arepas are the best I’ve ever had. The maduros appetizer is insanely good: plantains with fried Latin cheese and guava sauce. I cannot go there without getting them. Do yourself a favor and get the arepa tropical: the juiciest shredded pork, plantains, queso etc stuffed inside the fluffiest arepa pocket. My husband got the giant platter of meat. Rice, fried eggs, beans etc and couldn’t finish it all. The man can eat too!! Do yourself a favor and check it out. I always feel safe here and am always pleasantly full.
