Owner takes a lot of pride in restaurant and all staff knew about gluten free offerings (which is almost whole menu) and were able to discuss the protocols to avoid cross contamination in the kitchen. The food is delish and a lot is made in house like the gluten free pasta. Our GF and non GF people all loved there food and experience at are table. Will be going back a lot to support this place!
