Totoyama Sushi & Ramen

I always come here when I’m in LA and it’s so yummy. Two options for gluten free ramen (update: they use the same water as gluten noodles) and the can make some of the maki rolls gluten free. staff are sooo attentive and aware of allergies - I can’t have dairy either and they were great about the gluten free prep

— Excellent

One waitress for all guests, poor english. The menu is complicated to understand but she knew to say what is gluten free. The soup that came with sushi was terrible.. sushi was ok. Ramen was alright, not more. We would prefer better service and atmosphere and also taste. Will not come back

Told the server I was celiacs and they prepared my nigiri order gluten free. They brought out gluten free soy sauce for me too. Their menu has gluten free ramen noodles available as well.
