Tough City Sushi

They took celiac very seriously, I felt safe eating here. The options are somewhat limited as half the rolls are tempura rolls or have sauce on them but most of the simple rolls can be GF. The quality of the sushi was really great, as good as sushi I have had in Vancouver. They have gf soy sauce but no wasabi for us.

Staff very helpful, many options gf and many more can be made gf. Menu is not marked but wasn’t an issue. A truly epic view from the outdoor patio!

Staff member has celiac was able to instruct easily on options. Had a variety shared with non celiac friends with no issue.

No gluten free menu, but very knowledgeable staff who took my celiac concerns very seriously. I had a great sushi meal with little concern and felt great afterwards.
