Review of Tower Tap & Grill

Did not have gluten free buns, the waiter had NO idea what was gluten free and what wasn't. he had to have the main cook come out to explain that the seasonings on the meat did not have gluten. when I asked whether their seasoning bottle said "gluten free" she said "no, but the ingredient list doesn't say gluten anywhere"! There's NO way this cld be a celiac friendly facility when the head weekend cook thinks it is safe as long as "gluten" is not listed in the ingredients!
