Review of Townsman

Although they do not have a gluten free menu, the waitress was very well informed about gluten issues and celiac. She discussed everthing that I ordered with the chef to ensure it was safe for me to eat. They brought me separate butter to go with my gluten free bread. When dishes were brought to the table the server hightlighted which were gluten free. The food and drinks were all delicious.
