For gluten intolerant, it should be fine (and DELISH!!). I am not sure if they have a dedicated gluten free area/equipment for celiacs. There bread and waffles are homemade gluten free :)

GF options, but they use the same waffle iron for all waffles, so cross-contamination could be an issue if you're very sensitive or celiac.
