The food here is second to none, you won't find any better. Staff is great and they will work with you, but you just have to clarify Celiac protocols. I've spoken to chef Marco before, and he is extremely kind and willing to accommodate. The chef used a clean and fresh pot and strainer for the GF pasta, got the pesto special and it was the best I've had. There is some risk if the restaurant is very busy, but if you stick to GF pasta and sauces (and clarify need for fresh pot and utensils) or the fish dishes (which are always fresh and excellent), you should be fine. If they aren't terribly busy, they may be able to make more things GF (such as chicken or veal without flour and in a clean pan).
