In my experience, it’s safest during slower hours. I do not recommend trying to order a gluten free pizza with Celiac Disease during busy hours since cross contamination is more likely to happen. Busy workers may forget to wash hands, change gloves and use fresh, unused ingredients for your order.

I'm pretty picky about my gluten free pizza, and this was among the bests buttery crusts that I've had! Add to that the atmosphere of the iconic running culture of Eugene, OR, and you can't go wrong! I'm highly sensitive and I had no problems.
