When I was speaking to an emyee they werevery helpful, but read labels carefully. I got corn chips thinking 'oh those are safe' and ended up reading later that they were processed with the same equipment that processes wheat. Other then that, pretty good offerings.

So cheap and so good! Chocolate chip cookies and ginger cookies are great!
Double-check the labels to make sure it's not processed in a facility that processes wheat. They advertise GF for some items that could contain wheat but aren't made with wheat (less than 20ppm). That's concerning, BUT they offer the best selection in Bend (price and variety of stock). Their pasta is great and the only affordable cost in Central Oregon. Their staff is also super helpful.
Be cautious when purchasing GF items; we got a mint hot chocolate mix advertised as GF, only to get home & see on the label that it was made on the same equipment as wheat. :-( Waste of $...
Trader Joe’s carries a large number of gluten-free foods, and the staff can provide you with a list of their current gluten-free items if you ask.
Some of my favorite gluten-free finds at Trader Joe’s are: muffins (amazing!), meringue cookies, madelines, peanut butter cups, hard kombucha, pasta sauce, fresh pasta, Takis-style chips, and cheese crunchies.

trader joes is great! they have lots of gluten free options and sometimes they even have gf samples. you can get lots of packaged gf meals also, i recommend the mac and cheese! only thing that isn’t great is that a lot of their gf desserts/bread are processed in the same place as wheat items. i do recommend tho because there’s tons of other gf options there!

First off, this is a GROCERY STORE but the staff is amazing and very knowledgeable when it comes to gluten free shopping. The items on the shelves that are gluten free have a shocking pink price tag which indicates it is gluten free. There are many other items in the store that are gluten-free but you may have to look around for them, but the staff can always point you in the right direction. The gluten-free bagels and English muffins are amazing! Don't let the pale pasty look of the English muffin fool you, it toasts up beautifully and can also be used as a bun. The gluten-free chocolate muffins are outstanding!

They have many gluten free products. They do not have bread or crackers, but they do have a good selection of Gluten Free fresh and frozen foods. That’s where I get most of my groceries and I have celiac.
