The food is pub fair with a touch of gourmet flair. My husband had a burger and fries which had an option of GF bun (I think fries could also be prepared GF). I had a salad with pears, Brie, almonds. Everything was very fresh, and the salad was delicious and generous. I felt confident that our server would relay my GF requirements to the chef. The environment in the pub is relaxed, log cabin like and upbeat.

Good gf menu with a gf fryer, and often has gf cider on tap, and occasionally has gf dessert. Such good vibes here as well

I love that I can join family and friends at a craft beer restaurant and enjoy a great gluten free menu. The Trading Post menu is so much better than typical pub fare!

I’m celiac and live in fort Langley so visit this place often. Dedicated gluten free fryer , educated staff, GF buns and an abundance of options and/or substations that can be made. I’m extremely sensitive and Ive never been “ GLUTENED “ despite dozens of visits.

I’ve eaten here several times in the last year and they manage celiac/allergy modifications really well. They’ll even make their fried chicken sandwiches grilled and in a GF bun. So good! The falafel bowl is good, too. Just confirm celiac and they’ll flag it and make sure the GF fryer is used (for fries, falafel, etc.) They have a rotating cider (the one I tried was from Summerland, so delicious!) so you don’t need to feel too left out by all the beer options!

I’ve always loved coming here, but after discovering I’m celiac it’s refreshing to know they have a GF fryer, and buns so I could enjoy my delicious burger. The staff are always lovely.

Manager brought out my food. Server confirmed with the kitchen that my sauce was GF.

Yam fries were ok.
