Lots of options (including desserts like profiteroles!) and the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. Obviously you should decide what you're comfortable with for yourself, but I've found I don't even have to specify I'm coeliac for things to be prepped separately/differently - they seem to do it by default for GF items.
All the sauces are GF anyway, sadly the only thing we can't have is pizza - but maybe in the future!
Also, quick note on the prices. It can seem a bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for as the quality is great and the portions are huge! They do charge a bit extra for GF pasta/gnocchi.
Tradizioni is a fantastic local restaurant serving celiac-safe Italian food. They use Rummo GF pasta (which I think is the best), and everything is cooked separately. Most pasta sauces are gf, and the salame del papa (chocolate "salami") dessert is made offsite to avoid cross-contamination. I highly recommend it!
More gluten free options than before. Staff very attentive. In their new menu you can find some starters, pasta dishes, steaks, chicken nuggets and fries (they just cook gluten free food in the fryer), and desserts (we had profiteroles, pistachio mousse and chocolate soufflé). Dedicated pans for the pasta dishes. We felt safe!
