Literally the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in my life.
Ended up not getting food while everyone around me ate their meals.
DO NOT advertise a GF menu is your employees don’t even understand what gluten is.
The Mongolian beef has soy sauce and they could not answer if the soy sauce was gluten-free or not. So I decided to get the chicken club on a bed of lettuce and they were out of turkey.
My friend said her gluten meal was horrible and she would never be back so it looks like I really didn’t miss out on anything.

I had a Caesar salad, hold the croutons, with shrimp. There aren’t a whole lot of choices and the ones that were there were questionable, as stated in the other reviews. I was underwhelmed, but I didn’t get sick.
SUCKED!!! I expected a much more interesting menu than what was offered!!! A hot dog on a bed of greens? Beef brisket on a bed of greens??? It's not that hard to at least offer GF pasta! The service was slow and unhelpful. I have NO desire to eat there ever again!
Waitstaff were patient and helpful. There is a gluten free menu. However, the gluten free menu is doubtful because it includes a beer-marinated brisket (beer is very much not gluten free).

Got beef brisket on a bed of greens. Was told that it was both gluten and dairy free. Was in the bathroom 5-10 minutes after I ate it. I have celiac and do not recommend eating this entree. They have a gluten free menu. Fryer is not dedicated- can not have.
Gluten free menu. They seemed to understand issues with cross contamination. No GF bread for burgers or hot dogs.
Traffic Jam & Snug is a Midtown staple offering a wide variety of gluten-free and vegetarian options. Along with the gluten-free menu, the kitchen is very flexible and the friendly staff is more than willing to help find the right option for you. The ever-changing daily specials and the craft cocktail bar also offer plenty to try!
