Chef was awesome. My daughter was diagnosed a month before our trip to Disney. I was so nervous and they did an excellent job of accommodating. He made a plate of fries with toothpicks and slices turkey for the sails. It looked like Moanas boat! Then the dessert he made for my daughter was a Tower of tears topped with cotton candy, then he drizzled hershey syrup over it. She was so happy

We had a late lunch on our arrival day at the fort. We don't like to do buffets and would rather do plated food so that is why we did lunch. They have an allergy menu and do sandwiches and such for lunch. We all eat gluten free so we can share and let our 12yo daughter try our food as well. Plus I'm gluten intolerant. My daughter had the chicken and waffles from the allergy menu. I had the fish sandwich and my husband the hamburger. Everything was delicious. They found my daughter some packaged Ken's ranch dressing for her chicken tenders. She said they were the best ever. We would not hesitate to do this meal again. My Daughter had no stomach issues. I'm posting pictures of our meal.
