Some of the food is inherently GF, but I would not trust their processes for cross contact. Food is pricey and just OK.

Pre-covid, Busch Gardens put more effort into gluten free options. There aren't as many options as there were, and the prices have easily gone up $10 at larger dining facilities. I used not to worry about eating here, but at this point I don't need to go back. It's not worth it.

Trappers made me feel normal and safe! The manager went out of her way to ensure my food was wonderful and that I did not feel like a burden.

come here if you’re in busch gardens! the manager made my food separately & the fries are made in a separate fryer. if you order the sampler (which is awesome), they’ll give you fries instead of a roll

This food is so good! As I walked up to the counter (me and my sister both have celiac) I mentioned that I have a gluten allergy and the worker(Daja) was beyond amazing! She changed her gloves right away got a new plate (we ordered the sampler) and gathered the meat from the back and waited for a brand new batch of fries to come straight from the fryer and handed it to us away from any gluten and asked if we wanted any sides and if we did she would use new gloves and prepare it fresh for us so there would be no contamination. My sister nor I had a reaction to anything. This place is great and so are all the workers. There is no gluten free menu but all the main entrees can be made gluten free with no roll and fresh meat and fries.

Want to second Alan783. Great choice in Busch Gardens for GF (located in the Canada area). Spoke to Greta (one of the team leads), who was very knowledgeable about GF. Had the smokehouse platter and fries, which was very good. All served from the back to avoid cross contamination (plus they have a separate fryer for the fries). I have celiac and had no reaction. Really appreciate knowing this place is available inside the park as options are limited. Will definitely eat here again on our next visit to Busch Gardens. Thanks again to Greta for her help.

Fantastic experience. This is a bbq/smokehouse restaurant and had quite a decent amount of food available. Upon arrival I asked the staff member managing the line about gf options and she immediately brought out the supervisor who had the handy dandy binder. The only substitution needed on the platters was the roll. We had 2 of the sampler platters, beef brisket/ribs/chicken and fries. The supervisor advised the fry fryer is just for fries so no risk of cross contamination and she prepared our platter herself to ensure it was good, so no concern of someone just pulling a roll off an established plate and saying it was good. We didn’t ask about the salads but they were just veggies and the same meats so likely ok but worth the ask. They didn’t appear to have any gf desserts that we saw, though that was unnecessary based on the amount of food on those plates. Great meal and my celiac daughter had no negative reaction. Staff did a remarkable job.
