They have been knowledgeable and accommodating when it comes to Celiac Disease. They have GF soy sauce as well as GF seaweed wrap. The food is very good, too.

Worst service every time we go. Server is different every time, like they can’t keep a decent server.

We have eaten at Trappers dozens of times. The wait staff overall has been very knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of. We were nearly glutened twice (out of approx 80 visits) but noticed tempura crumbs before eating. Always good to protect yourself by being observant. The wait staff were so concerned and made everything right. The sushi is delicious and we are so glad to have this restaurant!

Ordered gf rolls they came with breading!

They offer gluten-free soy sauce (by request,) and can make versions of anything without tempura or other gluten-ingredients. (Apparently their Japanese mayo has gluten, so watch out for that.)

My wife got sick after ordering sushi for celiac. Submitted a complaint and regional manager is going out to ensure food is handled celiac friendly. Long way to ensuring I can still eat at this great local place.
