This was my first time at Trata. GF is not marked on the menu so you’re at the mercy of your server. They do have corn tortillas, gf buns, and dedicated fryer.
I had difficulty ordering but I really can’t tell if that was because of my server or how the servers are trained. My server acted overly confident about gluten and interrupted my order saying a Cesar salad could be gf but didn’t realize that means no dressing or croutons and brought out a place of lettuce and parm cheese. When I went to order something else, he turned away before I could finish ordering and ignored my request for no tomatoes, which I also react to. I’m hoping next time is a better experience.
I’d recommend people try this place, just be extra specific with your servers.
