gluten-free and lactose free clearly labeled on the menu, but they’re a little confused about lactose, since my dish labeled lactose free came with the potatoes baked in butter, so that made me a little worried about their knowledge of gluten. However, they instantly fixed their mistake and remade my dish without the potatoes (so they didn’t even risk bringing out the lactose again)
