Waitress seemed knowledgeable but unfortunately was not. Explained the chicken is made with rice flour and the alfredo sauce was gluten free, said they could pretty much make anything on the menu gluten free and the only thing they couldnt do was gluten free pasta. She said if I wanted gluten free pasta I would have to bring it myself and the chef would cook it. I got extremely sick. Would not recommend this place as safe for celiacs!
