How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

Every pizza can be made gluten free. I found the crust to be on the hard side - difficult to cut with a steak knife. I ordered the quattro formagio pizza. It was quite bland, tasted like ordinary mozzarella. Edible but disappointing.
