Review of Trattoria Bella Cucina Italiana

This is a new, independent, made-to-order, high-end Italian restaurant. I have family members that require gluten-free, but this first time I went on my own so I could ask questions.

Many items on the menu can be converted to gluten free, and they certainly have gluten-free pasta and gluten-free bread for dishes that require them.

The two dishes we had were absolutely fabulous, but I have to admit we did not have the gluten-free version. I am posting it on “Find me gluten-free” because they do cater to this allergy. At some point, I would return with someone who can vouch for that, but in the interim, I am hoping that others might go and check it out.
