Son has celiac. This was a fantastic restaurant at Loews Portofino Bay. Spoke to the host upon arrival who brought out the executive chef to speak to us. They use separate pans and utensils in a separate space for gluten free prep. We had breakfast. GF pancakes were amazing. We ordered the family style so fruit plate and eggs were communal. Son with celiac was served pancakes separately from the rest. We felt safe having him eat here
