Wonderful pasta…and GF! Most pasta dishes can be subbed for GF pasta, but the waiter Jean-Luc (SP?) had the head’s up on one of the pasta dishes that had added wheat to the meat as a coating. Very knowledgeable, very enjoyable, off the tourist route, highly recommend it. The Bolgheri wine is clutch.
